UserDefender Terms of Service

1. Introduction

UserDefender is a Public Alpha Test (PAT) Discord bot. By using the service, users accept that features are in development, may contain bugs, and might change or be removed. The UserDefender team continuously monitors feedback and fixes bugs to ensure stability and usability.

2. Data Handling and Protection

UserDefender aims to provide a secure service while respecting users' privacy rights. Data collected is limited to what's necessary for bot functionality and tracking potential abuse (e.g., abuse logs, statistical monitoring). This data is not shared with third parties unless anonymized for statistical purposes or required by law, such as legal authority requests.

3. Data Storage and Access

UserDefender stores only data essential for service operation or abuse prevention. When no longer needed, data is manually or automatically deleted. Only core development team members have access to this data. Strict security measures are in place to ensure its protection.

4. Abuse and Restrictions

Users must use the bot's functions as intended. Any abuse, such as exploiting bugs, must be reported privately to the bot. The team investigates reports and may restrict individual users or entire Discord servers (Guilds) as necessary. Misuse may lead to loss of access.

Bot usage is global; Discord server administrators are responsible for complying with local laws. UserDefender is not liable for legal obligations. Any abuse or violation should be reported to the bot privately, and the development team will take appropriate action.

5. Liability

As UserDefender operates in Public Alpha Test, the team works to minimize bugs and data loss risks but accepts no liability for errors during the service. Users acknowledge the risks involved in using the bot. The team regularly monitors bugs and works to resolve them while ensuring data security, but full guarantees cannot be offered during the Alpha Test phase.
