3. Purpose of Processing & Legal Basis

• Purpose: operation of Discord bot features, message filtering (scam, phishing, etc.), spam-filtering (regex & third-party services), logging & statistics, and abuse prevention.
• Legal Basis: Data subject’s consent (GDPR 6 (1)(a)) or legitimate interests (GDPR 6 (1)(f)) – ensuring community safety and service functionality

4. Categories of Personal Data Collected

• User Data: Discord user ID, username, avatar, filtered message content & message ID, channel ID & name, classification (e.g. scam, phishing) – for staff & developer access only.
• Server Data: server ID, icon, banner, description, premium status, language, public invite, member count, owner ID & username, created_at, modified_at, inserted_at.
• Command Logs: server ID, user ID, command name, timestamp.
• Settings: server ID, channel ID, enabled feature, created_at, modified_at (for regex-based spam filtering and other functions).

5. Recipients & Transfers

We do not share personal data with third parties, except:

• Anonymized statistical reports.
• Where required by law (e.g. official requests).
• To external services (e.g. VirusTotal) – only selected data, and only filtered messages are logged afterward.

6. Storage Period

Personal data are retained only as long as necessary for each feature’s functionality or as required by law; thereafter they are automatically or manually deleted

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting past processing lawfulness).

8. Automated Decision-Making & Profiling

No solely automated decisions are made; profiling is limited to statistical analysis with human review

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted via the Discord Bot and on our Support Server. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
